Florida Palliative Home Care provides a simple, easy-to-use, daily monitoring system to enable patients to automatically measure and transmit key clinical and subjective data, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, weight, temperature, ECG readings and other health related information directly to their clinical team from the comfort of their home. Written reports are available to physicians to trend and monitor their patient’s vital signs.

Criteria for Admissions
Skilled Care—Medicare
and/or Medicaid federally funded programs mandate that
admission to this agency can only be made upon the
recommendation of a physician, based upon the needs of the
patient, homebound status and type of skilled care and
services required. Commercial insurance benefits and
guidelines may vary from policy to policy. |
Payment Options:

We accept payment for services from
Medicare, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, private insurance
or private pay.

you in assessing your insurance coverage.
