Written reports are available to physicians to trend and monitor their patient’s vital signs.

Criteria for Admissions
Skilled Care
—Medicare and/or Medicaid federally funded programs mandate that admission to this agency can only be made upon the recommendation of a physician, based upon the needs of the patient, homebound status and type of skilled care and services required. Commercial insurance benefits and guidelines may vary from policy to policy.

Payment Options:

  • We accept payment for services from Medicare, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, private insurance or private pay.
  • Florida Palliative Home Care will assist you in assessing your insurance coverage.
  • Be assured that prior to the start of care, you will be informed of your financial responsibility.
